André Castellini is Partner and Co-Founder of the Bain & Company office in São Paulo.
He leads the Aviation and Private Equity Practices in Brazil, working in several sectors, such as airlines, institutional investors, media and telecommunications and retail. He is a private pilot and operates a TBM 900.
EDWARD SMITH – GAMA
Edward T. Smith is the Senior Vice President of International and Environmental Affairs at GAMA. He joined the company after 25 years at the U.S. State Department, where he was director of the Office of Aviation Negotiations. Graduate of Georgetown University, he is a member of the International Aviation Club of Washington and of the American Foreign Service Association (AFSA).
FELIPE BONSENSO VENEZIANO – PINHEIRO NETO ADVOGADOS
Felipe Bonsenso Veneziano has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of São Paulo and is a specialist in Aeronautical Law. Recognized by the “Who’s Who Legal”, “Chambers & Partners” and “The Legal 500” guides in the transportation and aviation areas, he was the first Latin American recognized as “Rising Star” by the “Airfinance Journal”. He is also Director of the MAC Protocol Working Group.
JIM RYMARCSUK – HONEYWELL AEROSPACE
Mr. Rymarcsuk leads Marketing & Strategy for Honeywell Aerospace, where he leads marketing teams in the Americas, Europe, China, India, the Middle East and Africa, that develop and execute Honeywell’s growth strategies.
Mr. Rymarcsuk holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a master’s in technology policy from MIT.
RICARDO FENELON JUNIOR – ANAC
Ricardo Fenelon Junior is a Lawyer, Master of Laws in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University, with focus on Aviation Law, Arbitration and Economic Law. Holds a law degree from UNICEUB and is a postgraduate candidate in Civil Procedural Law at IDP, and in Corporate Law at FGV. Since 2015, Ricardo holds the position of Director of ANAC.
ROGÉRIO ANDRADE – AVANTTO
Holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Finance from the Instituto Insper. He began his career as a strategy and management consultant at Accenture. Since 2003 he has been working in the executive aviation sector. In 2010 he became a partner and president of Avantto, aircraft sharing and management company.
WAGNER WILLIAM DE SOUZA MORAES – ANAC
Mechanical Engineer graduated from Mackenzie University School of Engineering (1992), Executive MBA from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (1999), specialized in Financial Management and Controllership from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2004) and Commercial Airplane Pilot. He began his career in federal public administration in March 2010 as a Regulatory Specialist at the National Civil Aviation Agency, where since September 2012 he is the Operational Standards Superintendent.
