Kyle Ludwick is the Director of Partnership Marketing at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he oversees and furthers marketing relationships between Embry-Riddle and the aviation and aerospace industry as well as manages the university’s relationship with airshow performer Matt Chapman. Kyle is an Embry-Riddle graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Business Administration.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineer from the Catholic University of Petropolis, Ricardo Keiper started his career at GE Celma in 1985 as Engineer and held leadership positions in Engineering, Operations and Customer Support. In 2005, he had his M.B.A. graduation from FGV and since 2007 holds the position of Supply Chain Director at GE Celma.

Mr. Robert Ruiz is the Manager of the International Programs and Policy Division (AFS-50) in the FAA’s Flight Standards Service.
Mr. Ruiz, who holds an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.S. Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, was also the Deputy Assistant Division Manager in the Flight Technologies and Procedure Division.
ROBERTO HONORATO – ANAC
Since 2008, he works for ANAC – the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency, currently as Airworthiness Superintendent. Before, worked for 10 years with avionics maintenance and supplemental type certificate.
He holds degrees in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University de Minas Gerais and post-graduation in Civil Aviation Management by University of Brasilia. Before join ANAC, he worked for ten years with avionics, maintenance and supplemental type certification.
He has been directly involved in topics such the regulation of remotely pilot aircraft systems, design organization approval, amateur building aircraft, safety management system. The Brazilian aircraft registry, international agreements on airworthiness, aircraft certification and maintenance, are also under his responsibilities.
WAGNER WILLIAM DE SOUZA MORAES – ANAC
Mechanical Engineer graduated from Mackenzie University School of Engineering (1992), Executive MBA from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (1999), specialized in Financial Management and Controllership from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2004) and Commercial Airplane Pilot. He began his career in federal public administration in March 2010 as a Regulatory Specialist at the National Civil Aviation Agency, where since September 2012 he is the Operational Standards Superintendent.
